House Of The Dragon season 2 , "A Challenge" for HBO

Making of House Of The Dragon Season 2 is not easy, its a huge Challenge, says HBO content CEO Casey Bloys

House of the Dragon broke records by drawing almost 10 million viewers for its premiere, even after the controversial ending of Game of Thrones  as many of the fans were disappointed  by the deah of Dragon Queen.

Fans are desperately waiting for next season of HOTD but there will be no dragons before it’s time. As  the CEO of HBO and HBO Max Content, Casey Bloys, explained that HBO is being very careful about its future spin-offs. As there is so much to explore. Sometime in 2024 “is a good guess” for the hit series’s return.

With the production of season 2 of the 'Game of Thrones' prequel 'House Of The Dragon' just getting underway, there are some hurdles in the way of future 'Game Of Thrones' spinoffs. To come with an idea, the cast and the script that everyone love, is not so easy task.
It is quite difficult to live upto fans expectaions.

He explained that :

"My philosophy is a good script is number one priority. I am not doing it based on wanting to have one a year, two a year. I want to do it based on the scripts that we’re excited about... Remember to get ‘House of the Dragon’ following up from ‘Game of Thrones,’ we developed a lot of shows, shot a pilot, developed a bunch of scripts and we got ‘House of the Dragon.' To do that again is going to take the same amount of effort. You have to develop a lot of things, try things. You never know what’s going to work. So we’re currently doing that. I’m not opposed to any number of shows. There’s probably a natural limit to how many fans want, but I’m open to any as long as we feel really good about the scripts and the prospects for a series"
