House of the Dragon: HBO Releases New Teaser Trailer

House of the Dragon: The new trailer features the power struggles in the Targaryen dynasty.

The network has published the teaser for the HBO series Game of Thrones spin-off, House of the Dragon. The Targaryen dynasty's rule will be covered in the prequel, which takes place 200 years before the events in Game of Thrones. 

In the trailer, prominent Targaryen family members Matt Smith, Emma D'Arcy, and Paddy Considine played pivotal parts. While Prince Daemon (Matt) waits for his turn, King Viserys I Targaryen (Paddy) rules the Seven Kingdoms from the Iron Throne. As she pursues the Iron Throne, their sister Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen is informed that "men would rather put the realm to the flame than watch a woman gain the iron throne." Their enmity eventually results in the Dance of the Dragons, the Targaryen civil war.

The Game of Thrones series' iconic sites, such as the painted table that served as a map at Storm's End and the Great Hall at King's Landing, were glimpsed in the trailer, bringing back memories for fans.
