Game of Thrones Actor John Bradley Hints A Possible Return In The Jon Snow Spinoff Series

'I Am at Your Service': Game of Thrones Star on Potential Return in Jon Snow Spinoff

Samwell Tarly and Jon Snow might be reuniting in a Game of Thrones spinoff series.

John Bradley portrayed Samwell Tarly in the television series Game of Thrones, a character who survived the end of the show against all odds.

Although Kit Harington's Jon Snow is the star of a prospective spinoff series that is currently in development, HBO has not yet formally ordered it to series.

Bradley talked about the possibility of playing Samwell again if the program goes on with ComicBook.com. If fans want him back, he would be willing to make a comeback, he hinted.

When asked which was more likely, an alien invasion or a Jon and Samwell reunion, Bradley said,

"Well, one of those things is more in my own hands than the other, I should say. But it depends what you want more. What would you prefer? I am at your service. What would you prefer? I think one thing can't be any more impossible than anything else. It's either impossible or it isn't though ... The distance between possible and impossible is massive."

After he was told that Earth isn't "ready for the concrete alien evidence," Bradley then more emphatically responded, "All right, then, let's do it."

Bradley is now preparing for the launch of his Netflix series, 3 Body Problem. Bradley was reunited with D.B. Weiss and David Benioff as the showrunners and creators of HBO's Game of Thrones worked on the project.

Liam Cunningham, who portrayed Davos Seaworth in Game of Thrones, is also a part of the show. In the Jon Snow spinoff, Cunningham has also expressed his wish to reprise his role as Davos. On March 21, the show makes its Netflix debut.

Is Jon Snow Spinoff Series in Production?

The first Game of Thrones spinoff, House of the Dragon, will return in June for a second season.

Another prequel series, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight, is currently in development and has been ordered by HBO. HBO hasn't given the Jon Snow spinoff the go-ahead yet, though.

"We’re just working deeply with the writers to get it in shape for potential greenlight, but at this point, no, no determination on whether it can go all the way," HBO's head of drama, Francesca Orsi, said of the Jon Snow series in 2023.

George R.R. Martin, the original author, has also hinted at his intention to include some animated spinoffs in the mix.

But he also cautioned that not all of the Game of Thrones spinoffs would ultimately premiere. "Nothing is certain in Hollywood," the author said in his blog.
